Litigation and Valuation Services

The Firm provides a full array of Litigation Support Services and although frequently the users of the end reports are attorneys, there are many instances where these services are significant to our existing clients.

Business Valuations, in particular may be used for many purposes, including Estate Planning, Shareholder Buy/Sell agreements, Insurance needs assessment, shareholder disputes and Matrimonial matters.

Forensic Services for fraud discovery and damage claims in civil as well as criminal matters are usually performed in co-operation with attorneys.

We are members of the Business Valuation Committee and the Litigation Support Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Jersey Shore Collaborative Group.
