Employee Benefit Plans
Employment Benefit Plans that meet certain conditions are required to submit annual audited financial statements to the Department of Labor together with their Federal Form 5500, under the Employee Retirement Income Securities Act of 1974.
We have experience in auditing and in preparation of the Federal Form 5500 for a variety of Employee Benefit Plans including:
- Defined Benefit Plans
- Defined Contribution Benefit Plans
- 401K plans
- 403B Plans
- Health and Welfare Plans
In addition to the aforementioned services, we have experience in the design and implementation of Employee Benefit Plans. We also review and suggest amendments to meet the needs and goals of the Organization behind the plan.
As part of our commitment to quality, we are members of the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EBPAQC) of the the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
